Our methodology has been developed for use with young people by drawing elements from two behavioural and psycho social models - NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Spiral Dynamics®. These models have proven hugely successful in the world of business and industry because of their ability to give insight into how individuals, organisations and societies think, act, learn, change and evolve.
Optimal Learning Technologies draws key elements from these fields and blends them to form the basis of our own system of learning - A way of working with young people that nurtures self awareness and self exploration/discovery in our young people so that individuals gain understanding of their own unique learning styles and strategies. This in turn encourages our young people to take responsibility for their own learning and empowers them to positively influence the future they are creating for themselves.
